Couches are hard to reuse because they mix wood, foam, fabric, springs and staples. A clean couch in good condition may be accepted by a donation center if you want to try that first. Ones with stains, tears, odors or pet damage usually are not.
If it’s past that point, we carry it out and haul it off so you don’t have to wrestle it into a pickup truck. Ask when you call if you want to talk through options.

Yes. Sleeper sofas have a heavy steel frame inside, so we plan for the extra weight. We secure the bed mechanism so it doesn’t open on the stairs.
Only if it’s the only way out and you’re fine with it. Usually removing the legs or turning it on end does the job.
Yes. If it’s already outside, let us know where it is and we can grab it even if nobody is home.
