The city of Washington is Washington County’s county seat. It’s a short drive south of us on I-79, so JUNKED. is in and around Little Washington all the time. We take on everything from a single couch on Main Street to a full house on one of the city’s older residential blocks.
We do the heavy lifting from basements, attics and upstairs apartments, load the truck and sweep up before we go. We donate or recycle what we can.
Washington has been around since the 1780s, and many of its homes are older, with tight stairways and full basements. It’s also home to Washington & Jefferson College, with about 1,500 students, so there are plenty of rentals and apartments that turn over at the end of each lease.
Landlords and property managers call us between tenants to clear out leftover furniture, mattresses and trash. Families call when they’re settling an estate or getting a house ready to sell. We also clear out small offices and storefronts downtown.
Property Cleanouts: Rental turnovers, estate cleanouts and pre-sale cleanouts across the city.
Residential Junk Removal: Furniture, mattresses, boxes and basement clutter from homes and apartments.
Commercial Junk Removal: Downtown offices, storefronts and other businesses clearing out old furniture or equipment.
Appliance Removal: Old washers, dryers, stoves and refrigerators hauled out of basements and kitchens.
Light Demolition: Sheds, old decks and small outbuildings taken down and removed.
Besides the city itself, we cover the area between Washington and Canonsburg along I-79 and Route 19, including Chartiers Township, North Strabane and Houston. See our full service area.
